There is a ton in the market right now about clarifying what you want, but I’ve found a lot of what’s said and taught is either misleading or incomplete.
But I don’t see anything that deeply addresses how to get super clear on what you want for people like you and me who…
- Want to have an easier time making the right decisions but don’t have crazy analytics skills.
- Want to start living our lives proactively and stop living in a constant state of reaction.
- Want to have more quality time with the ones we love, instead of feeling guilty for taking time for ourselves, or always having that nagging “thing” when we’re not being “productive”.
- Want to clear mental fog and reduce anxiety while spending time on meaningful action that moves us closer to achieving our goals.
