Julie is the Founder & Chief Consultant of Corporate Soul Infusion™ & Reignite The Soul™, providing coaching and consulting services. She has over 30 years of corporate experience, most recently as an HR Executive and CHRO. Julie holds a doctorate degree in organization development, an M.B.A., certifications in a wide variety of assessments, leader and team development tools, and is certified in NLP and brain-based coaching and consulting techniques. As a certified NLP Life Coach she works with both individuals and businesses. 

Julie has a passion for and belief in deeply connecting with self and others, creating environments that value people; and recognizing them not only for what they do, but also for who they are. She is on a mission to bring her passion, expertise, and experience to individuals, organizations and business leaders enabling them to lead not only with their head but also their hearts. Julie believes that we rise by loving, knowing and growing ourselves and lifting others.

Julie has an abundance mentality and believes there is enough for everyone and that everyone deserves to achieve their dreams and goals. She is passionate about her role as a mom, friend, colleague, coach and mentor. Julie is a nature lover and has created a respite in her backyard to commune with nature and our fine feathered friends; providing her peace, joy, rest and relaxation. It is one of the places she connects with her true self. She also enjoys spending time with her three kids and two miniature dachshunds.
